Activity 3 : Development and implementation of the interprofessional CPD program for health professionals “Culture for integrated healthcare” (01.06.2025-30.11.2027)

•Task 1. Blueprint development for the CPD program;

•Task 2. Detailed program description and submission for approval from relevant authorities;

•Task 3.  Preparation of relevant learning materials;

•Task 4. CPD program delivery by each participating institution (until Nov 26);

•Task 5. CPD program evaluation (Participants feedback collection, program evaluation and recommendations for improvement).
